It’s Labor Day Weekend- If you didn’t already realize it, the summer is over! Hard to believe isn’t it?

I trust that you’ve had an amazing summer, you’ve had the opportunity to take some time off, visit with family and friends, take a well needed vacation, and unplug from the matrix to recharge your internal battery. Take some time over the holiday weekend to Celebrate everything you’ve accomplished so far this year.

Once you’ve done your celebrating, now it’s time to get to back to work! The year is 2/3rds behind us and we have entered the final third. This is where top performers, and high achievers tend to excel. Just like Olympic athletes, a good start and solid middle don’t mean a thing unless you have conditioned yourself to finish strong.

The relaxed schedule of summer is about to give way to the urgency of the fall so get all your loose ends and menial projects tied up to propel yourself to the end of the year.

Take some time to revisit your goals and objectives, make a few course corrections, revise, review and maybe even eliminate goals that no longer are in line with the outcomes you desire for 2023.

It’s Labor Day this weekend, but we all know that Thanksgiving and the holiday season will be here before we even blink so get yourself in tune with the demands of the day and go out there with a new purpose and intention.

Maybe it’s ironic but the fall also kicks off a new season of football (Go Blue), so think of this as the Kick-off for your final third of the 2023 season. Now get out there and score as many touchdowns as you can before the ball drops and we are ringing in 2024!

Cheers to you and your continued success
