It’s that of year again. The time when family and friends have an opportunity to make the long trek home, or the trek just across town. It’s the time we gather around a great meal and toast a glass to those things which we are most Thankful for. It’s also a great time to reach out to those people around you, in your business and in your life that have helped you become the person you are today.

In my life I’ve been fortunate to surround myself both at work and at home with some truly amazing people to all of which I am Thankful. The one thing that they all have in common is that none of them did it alone. Each one of them had an amazing group of people that supported them throughout their journey and guided them along the way. They were there to celebrate success, provide perspective during the challenging times, picked them up off the canvas when they were ready to quit, give them a swift kick in the rear when needed, and ultimately helped them achieve at levels they never could have imagined.

These most important relationships in our lives have taken on a new meaning over the past 20 months of the pandemic and will no doubt carry us through until we emerge on the other side of it. This week is a great week to invest in those relationships you have built that mean so much to you and helped you get where you are going.

Success rarely happens in a vacuum, and Thanksgiving is a great time to take a few moments to identify those people around you that you are most Thankful for. It’s also the perfect opportunity to put your ego aside and mend a few fences for those damaged relationships with family, friends, or colleagues. Life is too short and precious to hold a grudge and your energy is better spent on the productive act of just being Thankful.

So today friends, I would like to thank all of YOU for lending me your trust and support over the past 20 plus years. Thank you sharing your stories with me, and for tuning into My Quarter Turns. And thank you all in advance for the many years to come.

Cheers to being truly Thankful, you your continued success, and above all your health

One Quarter Turn at a Time
