You may not realize it, but those emails and conversations have an impact on me too.
There are mornings when I’m traveling, coaching clients across the country, speaking at conferences, or trying to figure out what message would be the most valuable for all of you. Then I’ll receive a note from someone saying, “I really needed that today.”
That’s all the motivation I need to keep going.
One of the things I’ve learned over the years is that the best coaching doesn’t come from having all the answers.
It comes from listening.
