November has arrived, and it certainly isn’t slowing down!

Believe it or not, we are just eight weeks away from 2027!

Yep, eight weeks. If that’s not a wake-up call, I don’t know what is!

The good news? We still have two months to accomplish some important goals, move our objectives forward, and build momentum heading into the new year.

Here’s the thing. We want to plow into 2027 with momentum, not limp across the finish line of 2026.

I’ve been encouraging all my coaching clients to do two things as we approach these final eight weeks.

1. Take a Holistic Look at Your Schedule

Chances are, you’ve already got plenty on your calendar. And with Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the holiday season approaching, we know a couple of these weeks will be anything but normal.

That’s why it’s so important to be intentional about how you use your time.

Take a look at your schedule. Who are you committing your time to? What meetings are you attending? What priorities need your attention?

Don’t leave the next eight weeks to chance.

A little planning and intentional scheduling now can make a big difference in how you finish the year and how you start the next one.

2. Identify the Goals You Can Still Drive Forward

Take another look at your most important goals and objectives for 2026.

Are there a few things you can still move forward?

You may not get everything completed before December 31st, and that’s OK. You can certainly push a few important things closer to the finish line.

Imagine heading into January with enough momentum to cross a few goal lines, spike the ball, and do your own funky touchdown dance!

That’s how you want to start a new year!

Your Quarter Turn

Eight weeks, friends. That’s what we’ve got.

Don’t underestimate what you can accomplish with a little focus, intentional planning, and consistent effort.

And if you’re looking for a little nudge or some help getting started, you know how to get ahold of me.

Until next time, here’s to you and your continued success, and to embracing November and December, one Quarter Turn at a time!
