Ok friends, we are at the 8-week mark for the year. Time really does fly by. How has the year started off for you? Are you where you want to be?

8 weeks into the year is a great opportunity to do a quick re-cap for the beginning of the year. For this quick assessment I’ve created a check list of 6 questions to evaluate where you are and where you are going. Take a few minutes to answer the following:

 

  1. What are the biggest goals I’ve accomplished so far this year?
  2. What were the action steps I’ve taken that caused them to happen?
  3. Where do I need to focus my energy and attention for the next 30-60-90 days?
  4. What will I do differently moving forward to ensure I meet my goals and outcomes?
  5. What are the obstacles that keep me from achieving my goals?
  6. Who is holding me accountable and capable of my commitments?

 

There are 7 days in a week my friends and Someday isn’t one of them. Start taking action today on those goals and tasks that will generate the momentum you need to cross you own personal goal line, spike the ball and do your celebration dance.
